Choosing your verse

How do I pick my verse?
On the Verse Tee and Verse Hoodie you have three ways. Popular Verses lists our most-loved picks. Any Verse lets you choose any book, chapter and verse (or a run of verses). Surprise Me lets you pick a theme, such as Hope or Strength, and we show you a verse from it – tap Show Another Verse for a different one.

Which translations can I choose?
NIV, WEB (World English Bible) and KJV (King James Version). NIV and WEB are in modern English; KJV is the traditional wording (“thee” and “thou”).

Can I see what it will look like first?
Yes. The live preview shows your verse on the garment as you choose. It is a guide rather than the final print file, and we check and fine-tune the formatting on every order before it is printed.

Can I just have the logo without a verse?
Yes. On the Verse Tee and Verse Hoodie choose Logo Only and you will get the small CLVRY logo on the chest and nothing on the back.

Our products

Which items can have a verse?
Only the Verse Tee and the Verse Hoodie can have a verse, printed on the back.

What do the other items have?
Our Caps, Polos and Sweatshirts don’t carry a verse. They have the small CLVRY logo instead (on the front of the cap, and on the chest of the polo and sweatshirt).

What are the Blackout and Whiteout editions?
The same logo in a matching shade, so it blends in: black on a black item (Blackout) or white on a white item (Whiteout). It’s subtle, and you only see it up close.

How are the designs applied?
Everything is printed to order. Nothing is pre-made or held in stock.

Are your products unisex?
Yes. There are no men’s or women’s versions, so pick whichever size fits how you like to wear it.

What size should I choose?
See our Size Guide for measurements. If you’re between sizes, we’d go up one.

Delivery

How long will my order take?
Printing takes about 2–7 business days, then 3–5 business days with Standard delivery or 1–2 business days with Express, within the UK. You will get a tracking email as soon as it ships.

How much is delivery?
Standard delivery is free on orders over £45, otherwise £4.99. Express is £6.99.

Do you deliver outside the UK?
Not at the moment – we currently deliver to UK addresses only.

My order has several items. Will they arrive together?
Not always. Items can be printed in different places, so they may arrive in separate parcels on different days. You will get tracking for each one.

Changes and returns

Can I change my order after I place it?
Email orders@clvryco.com straight away with your order number. If it hasn’t gone to print yet, we’ll do our best to correct or cancel it.

Can I return an item?
Items with a verse you chose are made to your specification, so under UK consumer law they can’t be returned or exchanged for a change of mind. Logo-only items and our Caps, Polos and Sweatshirts have a 14-day cancellation period from delivery. The full details are in our Refund policy.

What if something is wrong with my order?
If it arrives damaged or faulty, has a print error, or isn’t what you ordered, email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo and we’ll replace or refund it.
