Shipping policy

How fulfilment works

Every item is printed to order through our print partners once you place your order. Nothing is pre-made or held in a warehouse. That means there are two stages between checkout and your package arriving:

1. Production time: typically 2–7 business days, depending on the item.
2. Shipping time: 3–5 business days with Standard delivery or 1–2 business days with Express delivery, within the UK.

You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order leaves the print facility.

Shipping rates (UK)

• Standard delivery: free on orders over £45, otherwise £4.99.
• Express delivery: £6.99.

Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses in the United Kingdom only. We hope to offer international shipping in the future.

Multiple items, multiple packages

If your order includes more than one item, they may be printed at different facilities and arrive in separate packages on different days. This is normal, and you'll get tracking for each package.

Lost or delayed packages

If tracking shows your package as delivered but you haven't received it, please check with neighbours and your local post office first, as this resolves most cases. If it's genuinely lost in transit, contact us through the Contact page on our website with your order number and we'll help sort it out.
