About these terms
These terms apply when you use clvryco.com and place an order with CLVRY co. By placing an order you agree to them. If you have any questions, email orders@clvryco.com.
Orders
When you place an order you are making an offer to buy. Our order confirmation email means we have accepted it. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is unavailable or a price was shown incorrectly. If we do, you'll receive a full refund.
Prices and payment
All prices are in pounds sterling (GBP). Payment is taken securely at checkout when you place your order.
Made to order
Every item is printed after you order it. You are responsible for checking your choices of garment, colour, size, verse and translation before checkout. We print what you select. We may make small formatting adjustments, such as text size and spacing, so that your verse fits the print area. Colours may look slightly different from how they appear on your screen.
Delivery, returns and refunds
Delivery is covered by our Shipping Policy and returns, cancellations and refunds by our Return and Refund Policy. Both form part of these terms. We currently deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom only.
Our content
The CLVRY name, logo, designs and the content of this website belong to CLVRY co. You may not copy or use them for commercial purposes without our written permission.
Our responsibility to you
Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer, or our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law doesn't allow us to limit. Subject to that, our liability to you for any order is limited to the price you paid for it.

How we use your personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force when you place your order applies to that order. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
